How often do you visit our property?
Most of our customers prefer once a week, or twice a week service. We also do one time cleanings as well. We will clean your yard on your service day, we will stick as close to the same time of the day as possible. We do have a three times a week service if needed.
Do you clean all year round?
Yes, absolutely, we work all year round with the exception of certain holidays. We work in just about any weather conditions except lightning, or severe thunderstorms. Missed visit due to in climate weather will be made on next weeks visit.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there is no need for a contract. You can cancel our service at any time - just give us 72 hours notice of your usual service day. For certain special offers there are commitments to duration of service. Refund amounts will be prorated by the number of visits already performed.
How do you guarantee satisfaction?
We promise that you be happy with our service or you don't have to pay for it. We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our success. We strive to provide excellent service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know within 24 hours. We will make it right by coming back to re-clean your lawn or by crediting your account.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we carry worker’s compensation and liability insurance.
Should I unlock my gate?
Yes. We will not climb or jump over fences. Please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock if that is convenient for you. We can make various arrangements with you to ensure that our gaining access is as easy as possible for you. Special time frame arrangements can be made on an "as needed basis".
Can you work with my dog(s) in the yard?
Yes, we love dogs and love being around them. We would love to meet you and your dog during any of our visits. If your dogs are friendly, and will allow strangers, then we have no problem working with them in the yard. If your dog(s) are more protective, we will need to know before hand so we can make arrangements during the visit.
What if I want to skip a service day?
Not a problem. Just call or email us and we can skip your service as long as we have 24 hours notice. You will not be charged anything extra when the service resumes as long as it has not been longer than 1 week. times longer than 1 week may require a "cleanup" fee of $25 in addition to regular service costs.
What about bad weather - do you still turn up?

Do you work on holidays?
The days we do not work are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If your service falls on one of those days we will clean your yard either the day directly before or the day after the holiday.
What do you do with the dog waste?
We don’t believe in leaving the dog waste in your garbage. We take the waste with us in biodegradable plastic bags and dispose of it in designated landfill. This ensures you don’t have any issues with bad odors.
Can I get a one-time only service?
Yes, we encourage one-time only clean-up’s because we know that at certain times of the year, such as Spring or Fall, some of our customers simply need us to come around for a one-time larger job. We are happy to do this for our current and potential customers. It gives us an opportunity to show what we can do. The price starts from from $50 but depends on the number of dogs and the size of the area - you can see our one-time.
